End of the First 90 days

Well it is the end of the first 90 days and I learned a lot and have my next 90 day list written. So what did I accomplish and what did I learn?

1. It was a LARGE to do list as well as a goal list.
2. I found myself checking the list daily to see what I could check off
3. There were many things I MADE happen & may have not completed w/o the list.
4. By making the list, I found out what is really important to me.
5. I found out that most of my goals center around my family & friends.
6. I found it hard to FOCUS on my top goal. Sometimes easier to do another goal.
7. I was glad I accomplished things that can never be "un-done".
8. I let go of my perfectionism to be discouraged by not accomplishing all 90.
9. I ACCOMPLISHED 34 out of the 90!!!!
10.I want to continue to do this so that I always have goals & things to accomplish.

Here is my old and new list and I have taken pictures of myself again for my weight loss and toning goals. This time I took the picture with the pair of size 8 pants I was wearing prior to my hysterectomy. I choose not to post those. but here is a picture of me...hopefully I can lose a little weight in my face. :)

#64-See Whitni & Jess Married in the Temple

This was one of my favorite things I wanted to witness while doing my 90 day boot camp. It was an amazing day! Words can't express my joy! Words can't express the day and my experiences.

McKinli & Brian's Wedding - #88

I wanted to see McKinli become a little more settled in either schooling or a great job and she chose marriage. I think that she was able to have her "dream" wedding and I can tell that she is deeply in love with Brian. It was a wonderful wedding. However, I didn't have a part in that success but I was happy to see that it all went so well.

Nails for the Wedding-#13

I listed on my 90 day list that I wanted to have my nails done. It is an expense that I don't want to incur right now but Whitni and Jess gave me a gift certificate to have them done for McKinli's wedding and then they will also look nice for Whitni and Jess' sealing. Nothing makes you feel finished and more feminine than longer, manicured nails. I luxury for me!!

Acts of Service-#67

I listed that I wanted to complete two small acts of service during this 90 days. I don't know if I would have volunteered if I had not made this goal for myself and been reminded. That is so sad. I have now decided to set "service" goals on a monthly basis so that I can always make the time. It was such a REWARDING time. The first opportunity came when a sister in the ward asked for volunteers to serve the missionaries for a zone conference in our stake building. It really didn't take much time but there was an amazing spirit while serving. The second opporutnity came while I was sooo busy with wedding stuff and trying to find employment. The RS asked if I would take a few hours to interview one of the widow sisters in our ward. It was so rewarding and I feel I have a friend for life. She had much wisdom to share it and it was truly the best two hours of my week. Love you Margie!

Trip to Bear Lake-#35

I wanted to spend a few days in Bear Lake again with my family and we were fortuante enough to be able to. My hairdresser and friend Annette has a place in Bear Lake which she let us use last year. I didn't expect for her to offer it to us again but she did. This year McKinli and Titan joined us, Pebbles is no longer with us but Okey came. Grandpa Taylor passed away a few days after we went last year and so this year Grandma Taylor came with us and Aunt Shan and her dog Tanner came up with us for a few days. It was a great time and we had some yummy chocolate covered raspberries! Yummy!
